• There are several sourcing strategies beyond the standard staffing supplier. What strategies are you deploying?
• Integrations are time consuming and many times very complex. What apps do you pull or push data? Which ones are the most challenging… both technically and for corporate requirements.
• There are layers of compliance issues. How to you track and manage Global/regional/departmental items?
• What are your challenges in reporting and managing KPIs? Do your users manage their own report requirements or is that a task beyond their capabilities?
• Are DEI initiatives top of mind or has the effort drifted? What metrics do you manage to?
